WHAT IS SECURE FLIGHT?
Legislation is now in force in the United States, certain countries within the EU including the United Kingdom and elsewhere which now creates as a mandatory prerequisite for travel the submission of certain details of every passenger seeking to enter those countries via sea and/or air.
We strongly recommend that all guests visit the online check-in pages of our websites to complete this information within 7 days of making their booking. Completing this information as soon as possible will enable us to issue all flight tickets on all fly/cruise guests bookings. Providing this information will also help us process embarkation as quickly as possible for our guests. Guests will need their cruise booking ID number, ship name and date of sail to hand. Guests should visit the online check in pages.

WHAT INFORMATION MUST I PROVIDE?
Full passport information must be provided for all guests on your booking. Certain fields are pre-populated with information we currently hold (extracted from your reservation).
Once your booking has been confirmed, we will send you a letter to advise of the passenger information that we hold. We will also advise of any missing passenger information that we require from you. Please verify this information, correct if necessary and provide any missing details
ALL INFORMATION MUST CORRESPOND WITH YOUR PASSPORT, PLEASE NOTE THAT MIDDLE NAMES MUST BE GIVEN.
On the reservation itself you will only see your first name and surname listed, which is fine, but we still need to have any middle names shown on your passport in our system in order to fulfill our secureflight obligation, which also includes reporting if you have no middle names. Even if in daily life you use a different first name to that on your passport, i.e. Jim rather than the James on your passport, on the booking you must be listed as James.

Once your booking has been confirmed, we strongly recommend you visit our website to complete this information as soon as possible. This will also help us process embarkation as quickly as possible. Some guests who have travelled to the United States previously may have been subject to additional screening and as a result have been provided with a ‘redress number.’ If you are in the possession of a redress number then please provide us with this data in the appropriate data field. Please note that providing this data will enable a smoother authorisation process for you.

Can I pre-book my seat on the Aircraft?
Royal Caribbean is not able to pre-book your seats. If you would like to do this then you must contact your operating Airline directly who will then be able to assist you. There maybe occasions when the airline is unable to assist (such as, if your guests are travelling as part of an allocation or on a low-cost carrier,) but the Airline will be able to advise on this.
What is my baggage allowance and what Terminal I’m I departing from?
You can find this information by either visiting the operating Airlines website or contacting them directly. Alternatively, once you receive your travel documentation you can visit www.checkmytrip.com entering the Airline’s booking (Record) locator, which can be found on the ‘Air arrangements’ page of the e-doc (Guest Ticket Booklet).
