Transfers can be purchased during the reservation process. We provide the flexibility for you to decide which transfers you want to book with us and which ones you want to arrange independently. Please check your invoice to see what transfers are included in your booking. If you have made your own air and hotel arrangements, you will be responsible for the transport to the airport and/or hotel. For cruise-only guests, we offer a coach transfer service. I have a private car transfer booked, what do I do when I arrive?
If you have booked a private transfer with us please ensure you read your meeting instructions in advance. There will be a transfer representative or driver waiting for you in the arrivals hall, after baggage collection. They will be holding a sign with your name on it and will then escort you to the car. Please note that this will be a separate representative to those meeting the guests booked on a coach transfer so it’s important you look for the sign with your name – if you’re unable to locate them please phone the number on your voucher.
Does my child need a car seat for the transfers?
We recommend that any children under the age of 12 use a car seat in any private transfers. This can be provided at a charge by contacting our customer service team, or you can bring your own. Please note: a car seat will not automatically be provided, unless specifically arranged as above.
